This file have just 3 columns:
1) Id; 
2) whether or not I have trast in HMM; Good I trust, 1_clone or Bad I dont
3) what category this tumor belongs, couldby tetra, Dip, Dip* (Dip that I cannot fully trust); 1_clone - in this case categorisation is ipossible
