General inquiries

We work collaboratively with computational, clinical, and experimental biologists and other specialists at our institution, throughout the Harvard Medical affiliates, and throughout the world, to find new genetic causes for Mendelian phenotypes. We are always happy to explore opportunities with enthusiastic candidates who are fascinated by the translation of computational genomics into clinical practice. A strong computational background and direct experience with protein, DNA, and/or RNA sequencing data analysis is highly preferred. Please email us with your CV and a summary of your previous experience and your interest in the lab.

Potential collaborations

We invite interested researchers, physicians, and companies to contact us regarding opportunities to collaborate using the computational tools and genomic expertise of our program. Specifically, we are interested on development of new genetic drug targets via gene discovery, and on providing diagnostics by re-analysis of unsolved genomic cases. Please email us with a description of your interests.
